I’ve had many breakfasts at Rae’s. Old school diner joint. Would like to do more photography there, especially of the morning clientele. We’ll see what the future brings.

Surfboard at the top of the cliff at Ventura County Line, California, USA. Was a calm day. Still, surfers out there trying to get in some practice. Nikon F5, Nikkor 17-35mm 2.8D, Kodak TriX400.
Here’s one of the images taken with the Vermeer Pinhole Camera this month. A view of the docks on a nearby lake.

This is Kodak Tri-X 400 film, 120 size. Pinhole images have that dreamy feel to them, as they’re not quite sharp. This one was made around dawn. More to follow.
Meeting of the Minds
Captured this moment with my Nikon F5, Nikkor 80-200mm 2.8D, and Kodak TriX400 film. A couple of kids surfing at Manhattan Beach, California, USA. Part of a series I’ve been working on for a few years, one that documents the surf community between Ventura County Line and Newport Beach. Eventually, will put them together in a zine of some sort.
