Learning the features and techniques of the Osmo Pocket has been fun. During a recent trip, I experimented with the time-lapse function, which works very well. Here’s how it turned out:
This video was made looking through a plate glass window on a cloudy day. It came out rather well for a simple exercise. The ease of use of this camera is astounding. Give it a try.
We interrupt the postings from Spain for this photo taken on a southbound flight over the Delaware Bay. Look closely and you’ll see ships in the anchorage.
That’s Cape May in the upper left part of the frame. I used to be down there looking up. Now I’m up there looking down. Kind of strange. Thanks to American Airlines for another great flight.
The F4U Corsair stands as one of the most effective aircraft of its time. Designed by Rex Buren Beisel, it fought in various roles in various wars. Here’s one with her wings folded.

Behind the Corsair stands a P40 Warhawk. Both aircraft are on my bucket list to fly someday. Not sure if that will ever happen, but when I have time (and money) I look for opportunities for just such adventure. By the way, take a look at this wing folding mechanism:
Sheer genius at work there. For you aviation enthusiasts, enjoy the airshow circuit which will be getting busy soon. Always do your checklist.
A true classic showed up at the local airport. Take a look:
That’s a Cessna 140 from the mid-1940’s if my research is correct.
Those are classic lines for sure. What a bunch of adventure this plane has seen.
And the paint lends itself to adventure as well, bright colors making a bold statement. This aircraft is proof that as long as you take care of them, they’ll last a long time.
