With a bunch of pending book events, it was time to get some manscaping done. For the past nine months or so, I’ve been going to this little shop at the Playa Linda here in Aruba. You’ll recognize it from this photo:
A very nice Colombian lady works here so Spanish skills are helpful. If not, lots of smiles and hand gestures will do the trick. At any rate, she spends nearly an hour raking through my sticks, rendering me much more presentable than prior to this action. I didn’t think I had enough hair on my head for someone to work at it this long. Nonetheless, I’m all set and for a reasonable price. (For you ladies out there, you can have your nails done here and a number of other things. Stop by to see what’s on offer.)
Bon dia from Aruba.

I received this photo from Jeff and his father-in-law, the D-Man, holding up Dark Currents with the little one in between.

These are a couple of cool dudes who like to read. All the best guys and thanks for the pic! By the way, you can never start a child reading too soon. In fact, the younger the better. You can’t learn everything from a book, but you can save yourself a lot of trouble.
