If you’re looking for a snack, Scott’s is a great place to stop in for bratwurst, Italian Sausage and many other favorites. Then, there’s the Bloody Mary bar where you can make your own exactly the way you like it. Plus, with a ¬†view like that, you’re sure to enjoy. Don’t miss any meals and don’t forget the sunscreen!

Bavaria German Restaurant, Aruba (2014)

I usually stop in to Bavaria German Restaurant during each visit to Aruba. Bavaria serves up all your German food favorites with plenty of beer choices as well. Owner Peter and his team are happy to explain the different beers, so don’t be afraid to ask. I tried a couple, including this one:

Schneider doppelbock at Bavaria German Restaurant, Aruba.

Schneider Weisse at Bavaria German Restaurant, Aruba.

Of course I wanted to have a typical German meal and went with the bratwurst, mashed potatoes, and red cabbage that you see next:

The spicy mustard really makes the taste pop. Indulge liberally in that. The prices here are excellent, giving you good value for your money, within sight of the big hotels on Palm Beach. During the meal, I had a very interesting conversation, learning things about Germany and that part of Europe. Enjoy every meal!

Bloody Mary at Scott’s Brats, Aruba (2014)

Scott’s Brats on Palm Beach Aruba features a Bloody Mary bar, where you can make your own drink. Join me for a video visit:

Enjoy that Bloody Mary with a breakfast burrito or muffin sandwich. If you arrive for lunch, try the bratwurst, Italian sausage, or one of the other great snacks you’ll find at Scott’s Brats. Where else can you sit on the beach with some great comfort food? No where but Scott’s Brats, Palm Beach, Aruba!

My friend Claudia, Aruba

Claudia has to be one of the most popular people on Palm Beach, Aruba. Her warm smile and engaging personality welcome friends and strangers alike. She used to tend bar at the Kibrihacha Bar, but has since moved over to The Beach Bar, near the Playa Linda. Here’s a photo of Claudia and I together.

The famous Claudia on the left.

I’ve known Claudia for quite a few years now. She puts up with my poorly spoken Spanish and teaches me the correct way to say things. She also makes a fine drink. So, if you’re on Palm Beach during your visit to Aruba, stop by and say hello. Bon dia.
